Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 10 days of receiving your jewelry you may return it for a store credit, refund or exchange. All returned jewelry must be in its original condition. Jewelry that has been used, altered or damaged cannot be returned, it must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Only a store credit or exchange will be offered if jewelry received as a gift is returned by the gift recipient with a gift receipt. No refunds are available for gifted purchases.

If 10 days have passed since you received your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned jewelry. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of receipt by us.

Sale items

Only regular priced jewelry may be refunded. Sale items may only be exchanged or receive a store credit for the sale price amount less any shipping costs.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of shipping the exchange item will be deducted from your refund.

When returning items you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance to record that we received your returned item or protect you if the item is lost by the carrier.
